Project workflow

A transparent process from first enquiry to final handover

Every project is different, but a consistent process helps protect scope, quality, cost and programme.

01

Requirement review

We begin with room use, project location, approximate area, preferred appearance, performance concerns, budget and target completion date.

  • Residential, commercial or institutional use
  • Sound, heat, moisture or fire requirements
  • Reference images and drawings
  • Budget and programme expectations
02

Site survey and measurement

A site review confirms dimensions, slab condition, levels, access, services, moisture and other practical constraints that cannot be understood from photographs alone.

  • Measured ceiling or wall area
  • Ceiling height and level changes
  • Lighting, HVAC and fire services
  • Access, storage and working conditions
03

System recommendation and quotation

The proposed solution identifies visible finishes, supporting frames, insulation or acoustic layers, accessories, exclusions, assumptions and estimated duration.

  • Material and brand options
  • Itemized quantities and rates
  • Expected lead time
  • Clear exclusions and responsibilities
04

Approval and coordination

Samples, colours, layouts and service positions are approved before installation. Coordination with electrical, HVAC and other trades is completed before the ceiling is closed.

05

Installation and inspection

Work follows the approved system. Levels, spacing, supports, joints, cut-outs, edges and surface finish are checked at defined stages.

06

Handover and support

The completed work is reviewed with the client. Cleaning, care, access-panel operation and project-specific warranty conditions are explained and documented.
